Our last day of retail business was Friday , May 23. We are no longer serving the public.
If you are one of our wedding couples and are considering flavors for your wedding this summer, this is our main “core” menu. Please refer to the catering menu for our other flavors.
The Cream City – Vanilla Bean
Vanilla bean cupcake topped with our fluffy and delicious vanilla buttercream, both made with organic 100% real Madagascar-bourban vanilla extract, and garnished with vanilla vermicelli.
*The Shorewood – Vanilla Salted Caramel
Vanilla cake with butterscotch chips, filled with soft caramel filling, topped with our silky caramel buttercream, sea salt, raw sugar, & pecans.
The Lake Park – White Chocolate Raspberry
Vanilla cake with red raspberry marbling throughout. Topped with white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, a fresh raspberry, & white chocolate drizzle.
The Eastsider – Chocolate
Deep, dark chocolate cake with Guittard cocoa and chocolate, decadently creamy chocolate buttercream, garnished with delicious little chocolate crispearls… a chocolate-lover’s delight!
*The Third Ward – Peanut Butter Cup
Chocolate cake with Reese’s peanut butter cup chunks baked in, topped with our fluffy and amazing peanut butter buttercream, chocolate drizzle, & a chunk of Reese’s cup on top.
The Tuxedo – Chocolate/Vanilla Marble
Delicious chocolate and vanilla marble cake, filled with white chocolate cream cheese filling, then dipped in our rich dark chocolate ganache and finished with a white chocolate drizzle!
The North Shore – Red Velvet
Beautiful color with amazing flavor! This classic red velvet cupcake is topped with our silky cream cheese buttercream frosting. A match made in heaven!
The Downtowner – Carrot Cake
Moist and spiced, our carrot cake is made from freshly grated carrots and contains no filler ingredients such as coconut, raisins or pineapple. We top it with our divine cream cheese buttercream and a piped carrot in vanilla buttercream. (Does not contain nuts, but recipe includes nutmeg)
The Cudahy Tower: White Chocolate Strawberry
It’s back! Our vanilla cake with freshly sliced strawberries baked in, topped with either our white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, or our freshly pureed strawberry buttercream, garnished with a freshly strawberry and a white chocolate drizzle.
The Campfire: ’Smores
Moist chocolate cake baked up with chunks of chocolate bar and graham cracker, then dipped in our rich chocolate ganache and garnished with a graham triangle and a hand crafted marshmallow!
The Big Bangberry: Triple Berry
Our moist and delicious vanilla cake is baked up with fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries; it is then frosted with our rich yet fluffy white chocolate cream cheese buttercream, drizzled with white chocolate and finished with a fresh berry of each kind!
